The race requires a hand out motor and a spec gear ratio. Changing pulleys will change the gear ratio and can creat an unfair advantage.

According to the tech he was using pulleys of the TA05 and TA04... like Steen Graversen.
I think the tech is able to calculate the final gear ratio correctly... and they calculated a final ratio of 6.9... so nothing illegal here... 6.6 is just the limit... everything above (like 6.9) is ok...

This rule is taken from the LRP HPI Challenge in germany... and trust me I know the rules...

I wasn't there but this is the information the tech gave at another place...

Cheers
Chris

I just have read something on this at the German forum. It seems he has done the same to his car than Steen what is using pulleys from TA05 and TA04.
Someone from technical inspection said they did calculate gearratio and he used 6.9 what is legal. Also according to the racedirector Dennis didn´t have the fastest laptime what should have been when using a too long gearration on this fast track.
Another thing may be his way of driving. Seems this was too hard sometimes.
