Default Much More Power Master

Just wondering......has anyone had there power cord connector come unsoldered on the main circuit board??

Reason I ask....during a period of time of plugging in the power cord there has developed an un-soldered joint on the main board and the power connection, although I have re-soldered mine I believe this may happen again.

Regards,

Alex C

Hi Alex

We have had the same problem with 4 Much More Power Master and we also re-soldered the main power connector and then they worked fine agin.

Yes it will happen agin if you not drill 2 small holes in the chassis so you can put 2 small screws into the holes and screw the main power connector at the chassis.

The way the main power connector is fitted on the PCB, I will call BAD manufacturing

Yup, the 24A "Worlds Edition 2" has the auto switching 220-110V feature.
