I have 103GT, need to ask 2 questions

1. What size of 64 pitch spur do you recommend on 103GT? If I run 23T stock, what pinion should I use?

2. I striped the set screw which clamp the right side of the rear shaft. What is the part number for that metal. thanks
!

Rolex 24 at Daytona finally hit the UK TV last night, good race, shame we only had a 40 minute highlite of it.

You need to get SPEED Channel and a DVR or Tivo.

I have been watching weekly Australian V8 Supercar, British Touring Car, and German Touring Car racing. There isusally all the JTCC races as well but I have not seen them yet.

Unfortunately this year Speed lost WRC but hopefully they will get there craniums out of there rectums and figure out means to get it for next year.

Now that NASCAR moved on the major networks SPEED is providing more world racing coverage again and less 24HR's of NASCAR daily.

Now back to the topic of the F-103 GT...

A couple of posts above there is a link to the manual for the F103GT. One part number I could not find was the wheels that came with the Courage kit. I went to Tamiyas website and found the following,

http://www.tamiyausa.com/pdf/pl/58376.pdf

This list shows the specific parts numbers for the Courage kit.

Default Bodies for F103GT

Will the F103 body fit on the F103GT? There was a sweet looking pic on this thread of an F1 Ferrari body. (don't know if it was mounted on an F103GT)

A few have done that.
You will need to use the original F103 chassis so that you can fit the front wing.

You need to also run without the bumper of the F-103GT and remove the spacers used under the fron suspension as the front wing of the F1-03 acts as this spacer.

If you want to run the F-1 wheels then there other compenents you will need like the front uprights/spindles and the rear diff pieces which are slightly different.

I think of the F103 GT continues to show strength then maybe we wil see another body soon and maybe even a return or upgraded version to create a decent f-1 car again, not that the F-201 was bad it just wasn't a proper scale model being 4WD amongst other things.
