Default batteries

I'm a total newb to electric, so could somebody explain to me proper battery care as far as charging and discharging i have 3300 match packs, also what do they mean when they say 1.18s zapped?

whel if u dont race for some time each week just cycle ur batts i dissharge/ then charge them for about 2-3min and ur set for about a week.

Your best bet is to do a search. Also check out the SMC website for details on charge info!

I would suggest discharging your batterys up to 35A and end the discharge at 5.4v, the equalise the packs down to 0.6 per cell.

i got matched packs. and i discharge only down to 6.6v then put it on a tray.

i found that sometimes when i put it on a tray, 1 cell goes out pretty quickly and the other 5 remain discharging for about 5 more minutes.

so if i did discahrg down to 5.4v that 1 cell would of gone well below 0.9v, (which aint good for the IB's)
