i made a purchase over the net last week and have not got an e-mail reciept
i tried to contact them by e-mail and then get returned saying user unknown and i tried using the contact phone # and someone anwsered saying it is a wrong #

anyone else ever do business with them???

i am almost ready to put in a paypal claim???

Go ahead and file the PayPal claim if you're nervous. If you don't hear back from them, you'll have already done that without having to wait more later on. If you do hear back from them and/or get your product, it's VERY simple for you to just cancel the claim with no harm done.

Probably wise to avoid a company who cannot even afford to get their own domain registered and hosted....
