Hey guys i picked up an older mamba 2200kv motor- black can just like the current black can on my traxxas erevo mx6ls esc and 2200kv motor combo. Motors look identical other than the traxxas text on the traxxas mamba and the the motor I picked up today has no text.
So I'm wondering if I can hook up this motor to the tekin esc? Or should I just buy the mamba esc? Thx.

The 2200kv in a Revo will be fine on an Rx8, not the RSX.

I bought the mamba esc to go with the 2200kv castle motor- this setup is temporarily going into my 977.
My lhs didn't sound to convincing bout the tekin esc working or not..
