Anyone have any info on this charger? anything will help, like is it good, bad. ETC.

not a very good charger. If you get one, you'll need to put fans on the heatsink or it'll get very hot and sometimes fry the FET, causing it to charge at 10A without peak detection. leave it to your imagination as to what happens to your cells in that case.
