Thanks for the Pics, Looks good so far.

As far as the chassis goes I am actually milling out the 3mm Tamiya chassis myself. I'll post some pics in the future when its done

They're the square gear boxes. These are actually a lot lighter than I expected. I picked them up in a shop when we were in Tokyo. Unfortunately, they only had one set and I wanted to get the blue ones but these were all they had. Still they're really nice.

Hopefully, Steve at SpeedtechRC can hook us up with Square and Tech Racing bits. I know I need a few other bits so I can build two Blues

Yup. Right now they have them packaged in that dark silver color and I'm sure other colors will be released with it. The blues look more bling though huh? hehe. Also, I belive Tech Racing makes a hub carrier that looks exactly like the Tamiya one and kinda makes you wonder if the carriers were outsourced lol.

Martin was one little mistake away from TQ too!! He clipped a flapper on a TQ run and did the turtle.

Heck of a nice guy too!!

Yea way to go Martin!! I wonder why he hasn't been around to chat lately? I sure would like to know his setup for Cleveland. My car is running awesome.

Rod- car looks good, but I hate blue- it's so dang Assosciatedeish I'll post a pic of my red car. I'm pretty happy with it right now.

I need someone that hurts front oneway ring gears pretty often and also knows how to drill and modify stuff well to test my gear fix for me. It's very quick but I don't want to spend 3 hours coaching someone who doesn't know how to use tools...

Bling Bling BDR. Looks clean.

They had all kinds of crazy red parts for the Evo3 in Japan. Mark Fisher from Germany was all up in the red parts hehe. Now that I think about it, that would explain the red pants

Default TRF Dampers

Guys

Is it normal for the TRF dampers to have quite a lot of re-bound?? I haven't built any "Internal bladder" type shocks in ages, so not sure if it is normal.

If they were "Foam compensated" shocks i would say they had too much oil in them.

cheers
