Using AMBrc via USB or serial is exactly the same from a software point of view, there are no secret strings, etc required. The codes sent to, and received from, the AMBrc are identical whether you are using the serial port or the USB port, as AMB have stated correctly. You do not even need any drivers from AMB.The ONLY difference is that data obviously has to travel via the USB port, and that is obviously different from a software point of view than using serial, but then it is for any application and any hardware.

Default Home trcak Lap counter?

Hey I need an inexpensive system for my Home track. Like rctiming.coms FREE software but need cheap trandsponders and hardware, any help guys would be great

for my backyard track, to be used by 1-5 people at most at a time..

What System is:
Free or at least as CHEAP as crappy rock filled dead fish smelling dirt
Works with AMB Personals
& has some tones/notifications etc

I would recommend I-lap works just like AMB and it's cheap...
