Does anyone know what the handling changes are supposed to be for the new LTC body?

That is not the LTC 2.0 pictured in the original post.

We are still in the testing phase refining details like the wing etc. More details will be rolling out in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

You will be amazed by how much downforce it generate, yet has very little drag!

I'll be amazed if it's pulled in the ultra thin, ultra light -and pretty tough- lexan that Blitz use for their lightest bodies.
