Thumbs up ETS Series 2015-16 Rnd 1 Czech

This weekend sees the first round of the ETS series, which starts in the Czech Republic.

Current entry numbers;
171 in 13.5 Blinky (Control Motor and ESC)
87 in Formula (Control 21.5 motor and ESC)
110 in Open Modified.

If you're lucky I'll be able to keep this thread updated (as I'm in the main hotel this time), if you're really, really lucky, you won't have to put up with any of my drivel

Entry lists are currently here;
http://www.myrcm.ch/myrcm/main?pLa=en&hId[1]=com&dFi=euro+touring&dId[E]=22174#

I wish North America could get their act together and have something like this.

You've plenty of big one off events like Snowbirds etc... that are a similar size.

It just happens that most of the top drivers are currently European so the ETS is the place to race.

Good luck Skiddins. Look forward to reading your posts.

Oh yeah for sure... But most of the big races have 10+ classes with 30-40 entries each. Not 3 classes with 100+ entries each.

Perhaps if you looked West of Ontario you might find http://www.wcics.ca/, only 7 classes but the TC Stock is pretty big every race. Only been around for 25 years or so.

Kind of figured that. Come to the Victoria race, there will be a large entry there in every class and with our terrible dollar your still in Canada, so you don't get raped too bad. Still a series, but no different then us in the West trying to get to your Nationals. Just too bad the air fair is so high still.

It's something that I've considered doing in the past... Just never been able to pull it off. Maybe one day! It was great to see a few of your guys out at the Canadian Onroad Nationals this spring. I've tried in the past to get a series going around my area but the turnouts weren't worth the effort. A couple other guys have tried as well but this year we have nothing again. Maybe one day!
