I don't crave anything. A stiff rum and coke right now WOULD be nice though.

Cheers!

Well, lucky for me I just found some beer in the fridge. Also...I've typed so much because I'm up soldering like a zillion batteries right now. My PC is right next to my workbench; so I roll over every now and again when I need a break from inhaling vaporized lead.

This isn't Ike from Debbies is it???

Gotta love soldering. Painting, too. Nothing beats technicolor boogers.

Maybe that's why I hallucinate constantly........

I really need to start opening the windows when I paint......

Ya know...Honestly, with all the $$$ I've spent on RC products I really should own a high-quality respirator. I think I'm gonna buy one tomorrow.

Anyone know where I can purchase a nice one??? 3M type with charcoal cartirges preferably.

Hey Dave! Fancy seeing you here @ 2AM.

Cmon man...a "life?" Whats that supposed to mean anyway?!?! We both have women who love us, alot of toys and generally have a good time living. I'd call that a life!

I know, huh? I'm thousands of dollars deep in this stuff, and I don't have a mask. Seems stupid......

Actually neither. Regina had to work today up in Chesapeake and I had some finishing work to do on my FTTC4. So I brought my tool / parts box and car and wrenched while hanging out at the track. Also, Dave G. had problems with his APS DynoCharge and the Power Supply I built him, so I had to straighten things out with that. In short, I was there but didn't run.

Bedtime!

If you think $1k is alot, then get out now while the gettings good.

I have at least that much in batteries alone in my box I take to the track, not to mention all the packs I have had over the years.

With my car on the track, and myself on the stand, there is over $1k..

That $1k is plural, my T Maxx alone cost me $1500. I've estimated my investment at around $9000-$10,000.

*I edited the previous post so it is a little clearer.

Someone asked a while back in the thread to identify( call out some of the racers ) that have been sandbagging. Below is the A main from the 'birds in 2005, Prolly the best race result to pull, as The Bird's has the least restrictive rules, and most likely opportunity to sandbag a class. 3 of the racers below ran Expert 19 at the same race, feeling they are good enough to run expert. 2 of them ran mod 12th. 4 of them were in the A in Sportsman 19t

Jeff Cuffs
Ray Darroch
Peter Robinson
TJ Bradley
Jason Schreffler
Jeff Dayger
Quincy Hughes
Mark Smyka
Brad Johnson
Alex Lopez

Out of this list of people who should move on, who has moved on. I am not picking on any one driver, but just illustrating the issue that Soviet brought up. I have my own opinions, but voicing then here looks like you are trying to bad mouth a fellow driver..
