Default Pulsar Discharge

Ive hooked my new pulsar competition up to a 12v battery. I started to discharge my batteries, the cutoff is set at 5.4v but both packs cut off at about 7.3v I think. Any thing Im doing wrong?

Its discharging now properly, but my batts are reading on the 10a discharge just 2900mah and there matched 33's, is this common and will the numbers increase after charging and discharging process?

Yes, Invest in some bulbs or a high tech discharger such as Spintec or Dyna Pulse, both are very good. The problem with the Pulsar is that it does not dischrage at what a motor under normal use would discharge at so you are left with a high Internal Resistance(IR) But this is only if you do it for a very long time (Many Discharges).

Would something such as a dynapulse coupled with a discharge tray give me higher runtimes and better IR?

Yes a Dyna Pulse with a tray such as Absolute Zero will lower IR, and gain voltage.. and may pick some run time being that pack will be equalized before charging
