Default Simple GFX 35 Question..

I thumbed thru the manual then got a little lazy...When cycling a battery can you set a delay between the charge and discharge? I know you can set a delay between cycles...but can you do it in the middle of a cycle? If you can't...why is that? The battery is pushing 125 degrees after the charge...then discharging at 30A really could roast a pack.

On my T35 Stealth the time between charge & discharge is 15 seconds and can't be increased. I suggest you get a mini-fan and point it directly at the cycling pack.

If you were running that charged pack and timed everything right, it would be starting its discharge at that 125 degree temp anyway. Therefore, I don't see any problem.

JRX-Bill is correct. Besides, I wouldn't recommend putting a fan on NimH cells when either charging or discharging as these celss perform better when 125-140 degrees. Putting a fan on them could effect their numbers.

Just about to fork out on a as new GFX and would like to know the latest version software it should have or there is no such thing. Would also $325.00 shipped overseas sound reasonable?

Current software version is 1.60 (variable motor run upgrade, adjust the voltage while the motor is running).
