Default ISO Unmounted Trued Foams

Back in the day, Parma sold unmounted trued foam tires for pan cars.

I'd like to find something of the sort, or even rubber, doesn't have to be foam.

I have a set of Sees aluminum wheels, so that is why I need unmounted.

Anybody have connections or willing to make a custom set for me?

Thanks for the info fellow members.

I'm trying to avoid the cost of a truing machine.

I emailed BSR earlier and got a reply within hours. (surprised)

John at BSR want's me to call him to discuss my needs further. That is a promising sign that he can probably pull this off.

I'm not a racer, which is probably his concern from a truly trued and balanced aspect, but all I want is a set of tires for occasional slow run to show the wheels off. The rest of the time would be shelf queen status.

If I wanted to run hard, I'd just buy the BSR wheel/tire combo, not to jeopardize the Sees aluminum wheels. Back in 1990, when in production, they sold for $40 a set and can no longer be found.

The wheels are not perfect around the outside edge, but everything inside, lip and spokes are perfect, just need polishing.

Thanks again and if anyone else has connections or links, don't hesitate to post.
