if you wanted to buy 250 pcs / ea (500 / total) then they would be available. that is basically the minimum quantity needed for parts like this.
the changing grip levels (now lower) of latest black carpet tracks in the USA might warrant a purchase / manufacturing run. although this is TBD.

i posted on the awesomatix page on FB without much help. but i went to rebuild my dampers, which were fine before i just wanted to put thicker oil back in it and do more testing and tuning. well all but one damper is moving smoothly/uniformly. when i compress the chassis, one corner goes down faster than the other. i took it back apart, tested/felt the bearings and it felt fine. not knowing how the damper works internally i was wondering if there were any other issues i could look at.
i'm about to put in an order for bearings, just hoping to get some insight in case that doesnt solve it.

As i guess now, you may use D2.2 with P45R rubber balls and i would suspect you may have to much pressure in one of your dampers.
I recommend you to watch following video and check the steps of building.
If the bearings are fine as you say, it's not an issue.
Also make sure to not clamp the dampers to much into AM17XL/R. Otherwise you can deform the case of dampers and this result in hard/stiff moving dampers also.

Installed the 7075 +8+9 arms tonight and will put them through their paces tomorrow. Edit: Upon removal of the 6061 arms, i noticed that they both were slightly bent in the same place. They were both slightly bent upwards right there the inside of the wheel would contact the arm in crashes. With that said, it looks like 6061 is inadequate and that 7075 is indeed necessary. Also, i have put a bigger bevel on the edges of these 7075 arms so that the wheels won't grab the arms.

I don’t think you’d have any problem at all selling that quantity.
The only reason more people don’t run long arms in North America is that they’re prone to breakage.
And the people that do run them and accept the failure rate for the performance benefits inevitably give the car a bad reputation as being to fragile.

At the beginning of the carpet season I didn't see a need for LA. Now once the last 4-5 months happened we started to use LA on newer tracks that have lower grip (I don't know why.... And I'm tired of talking about it).

You'll have to ask the person on who is making them for me. I haven't converted my mill to cnc yet so my local club's president is making them for me on his cnc mill.

I ran the heck out of my a800xah evo tonight in an effort to stress test the new 7075 arms and they survived numerous "board meetings." No popped off p03s or p07s either. The car just kept working running fast laps. I've asked Don if he could make me some more sets once more material arrives.

It would be easier to help you if you offer us more info which exact damper you speak about, and if you use P45L / AT78+OR152S / P45R.

I posted a quick chassis focus of the A800MMCX I used this past weekend at ProLevel RC for the 2019 Carpet Nats. Let me know if you have any questions! The full setup is on the Awesomatix USA google drive as well as PetitRC.

A shorty is not good for spec racing. The capacity is too low resulting in faster voltage drops. It’s not as crucial in mod due to the motor and esc combo being so much faster.
A lot of people are starting to run ulcg packs in 17.5 with capacity from 5200 to 6000 with great success.
