From looking at the manual it seems that the diff housing itself and the pulley are separate parts. In this case it is quite easy to attach all kinds of pulleys to the diff. For all the other diffs I know you have to replace the housing to change the pulley which usually results in sealing problems as 3D-printed parts have a rougher surface.

just built an a800 car and my rear diff is leaking from both sides. cleaned it twice, is this a problem area or something i did ? are there option parts better suited to cure this ?

The inside of both outdrives are wet. I will take the outdrives off and inspect further tonight. But yes I remember putting both P46 inside of the ST31-1

1) over filling the diff - @ 1.2g of fluid is about the most I'd recommend adding
2) running fluid that is too thin causing excessive "diffing" and expansion of the fluid
3) deteriorated sponges
4) damaged 0-rings

when you say excessive diffing...you mean the back end coming out from the car?
