Expect the unepected
Well, digital servos are usually more precise, so they say
I've used them for a long time but and i've yet to have a failure. However a friend of mine had a very strange thing happening to him.
His brand new 3700 cells were dumping to soon. No matter what the motor was (and we run with 12 turn) the pack would dump very fast and it was extremely hot after 5 minutes. So much that the wrap shrunk to the point that the case of some cells was exposed.
He tried everything. ESC, Receiver, motor etc etc.
In despair I handed him a servo knowing that digital servos are more power hungry than analog ones. He installed it and voila!!! All of a sudden the pack was doing the 5 minutes and the car had a lot more punch.
Somehow his prime digital servo was using so much power (some short circuit) that it would drain the cells at an absurd rate.
Was the servo hot at all? Nope. Nothing told us that it could be the servo. I had heard from a friend that he didn't use digital servos on his nitro because the pack was very small (750mAh) and it wouldn't be enough for a 30 minute main. I just suggested that he changed the servo and I had a spare on my pit box. I could not imagine that such an extreme problem could happen.
The servo was a KO 2334 (I memory serves me) with very similar specs to these you describe.
This is an extreme case I'm sure but if you want to play on the safe side, still have loads of torque and speed at a similar, if not lower price, the analog can be the answer.
Anyway these two are so good that you'll be ok with either one.

In Europe that's an excelent price indeed. I would expect the price of the VRX to be around 120€ in Europe.
Go for it!
