... and the cutouts for the diffs are so narrow... barely enough room for any pulley offset. This is quite the teaser. Either there is some kind of new steering system or maybe this is 3 belt car?

Yes, that is a great teaser.
I am a bit worried that chassis might be very long.
A arms either mounted to bulkheads or near them (6 hole pattern), or very far spaced.
It looks like the servo mount is integrated with the steering rack, as there are no holes.

Or it has large pulleys for the 3rd belt... man this one really messes with your head

Yep 3 belts, can't be provision for FWD... I think LOL.
