Bill, I ran Dumpers setup (full narrow) and the MX yesterday. Definitely a fast setup but on a high bite track you have to work to keep it from rolling. Absolutely a great tight track setup.

Thanks old_dude. I was assuming that Dumper just switched bodies. What track did he use the full narrow setup on? CRC's?

That set up was the one Dumper ran at the Snowbirds...

Is the CRC the best car to have at the moment? Most manufacturers seem to have a WGT car but most of them appear to be designed around foam tires. Does anyone besides CRC and speed merchant make a purpose built rubber tire car?

No other kits at the moment. The SpeedMerchant won IIC. Depends on who is driving. CRC is more popular.

Narrow, the tires were inside the body.
Dumper was at our track this past weekend so I ran against him.

When I ran it I used the long front arms for less camber gain. Battery was in line but full back. I ran .45 springs all around with a red center, kit oil and 10k in the tubes. I played with caster a bit but didn't have lore than 1 shim in back. Track was in medium bite condition on black carpet.

Not hard to convert the Xray X10. Just add a couple of shims and you're good to go. Just missed the A at the Snowbirds with mine. Got third behind Dumper and Old Dude last weekend at The Winter Classic at The Gate.
