Default body posts

I put Parma PSE posts on my CRC car and they are thicker and stiffer and eliminated the body shuffling around.

thanks
We have incorporated some stiffer posts from the oval world as well. The are not cheap, but they work awesome, are super adjustable and I don't ever see breaking them.

We have them packaged with longer front posts so they work with the WGT-R bodies really well.

It would be nice to have a standard class to run throughout the country. Like the old days , you could run pan car everywhere. I think 2 cell 25.5 would be good . The cars would have a good top speed but not be crazy fast. 2 cell 21.5 would be my second choice .

What is the preferred body of this class? Finally saw a 1/10 pan car running the Pit tires and was hooked up outdoors. He was running a wedge body but regardless it was looking fun. Spec WGT tires never hooked up like this.

We run on a very low traction carpet track and most other vehicle have a hard time with traction but these CRC rubber tires seem to have not problem with grip. We don't run wedge bodies. Just straight up gt bodies.

Regarding expo and steering setup I never use expo. First I adjust for EPA or travel. Then sub trim for centering. After that I just use dual rate to set how much steering throw I want.

Im running a CRC SE .. I started with the set up i usually run on carpet .. one thing i noticed is the rear had alot of roll with the side white springs,,, I started stiffing up the rear purple springs and noticed the car carries more corner speed and is more stable intering and exiting the corners, with no grip problems ,, center shock im running 45 with red spring and raised the shock (front) almost level ,tubes im running 20k ,,. seemed to make the car on power and off power smoother with 1mm droop .. this testing was from carpet and asphalt .. Very happy with this set up sofar....

Sounds good I may go stiffer
I'm running the crc gen x le..& the softer I went the smoother it got ..I drop almost a second a lap the softer I went...but it did seem like the front tires was acting as brakes in the corners..instead of rolling around the corner
