once the deal is done you have no right on the item whatsoever. he can sell it for $1 to 1,000,000 and you should not care cause this is not your property anymore, its his and he can do whatever he wants with it.

its like buying land from this guy and finding out later on that the land you got has oil underneath. CHACHING!! he has no claim over the land you bought.
