Default Power supply Question

I have a question, the 20amp supplies here cost 40quid (about $75) and theres a 7amp one for sale for 25quid ($48 roughly). id be charging at about 4.5amps but the charger a pulsar comp, can discharge at 10a, do you need to have at least a 10a supply to discharge at 10a, i dont see why?

For discharging, you're pulling the amp's out of the pack. The charger will pull maybe 0.5amps just to run the charger. That's a constant, whether you're charging or not. The screen has to get it's power from somewhere, right? When you're charging, give yourself a few amps to play with. A 5 amp charge, a 7 amp PS.
