Well I'm down to using one crutch now instead of two LOL

So I guess that's better.

Bad thing is my dad is having to pick up the slack with the business while I can't get around to do everything and I think its wearing him out...

Hopefully I'll be able to do more in the next week. All my business stuff is in the basement and I have to fight the dog to get down the steps which is hard enough as is. Not to mention my dog is a SPAZZ lmao so she'd be knocking my feet out from under me and I'd never get to race again.

I was hoping to make the novak, but I'm not sure. My knee is going to have to heal up faster than it is for that to happen.

Are you making any more big races in the next few months?

Michael

Couple of announcements:
ROAR has decided to accept our proposed rules deviation and allow us to offer a 7th class, 12th scale 19 Turn. The same rule deviation given for touring car applies to 12th scale meaning that you can run 12th scale stock & 19 Turn *or* 12th scale mod & 19 Spec.

Calandra Racing Concepts will be the sponsor of the 12th Scale 19 Turn class
SMC Racing will be the sponsor of the Touring Car Masters Class.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the companies offering sponsorship to date:
Team Tekin - Title sponsor
RC America/Xray - TC Modified
KC Racing - TC 19 Turn
EA Motorsports - TC Stock
SMC Racing - TC Stock Masters
GQ/Competition RC - 1/12th Modified
Calandra Racing Concepts - 1/12th 19 Turn
Trinity - 1/12th Stock
Team Checkpoint - event sponsor
Hyperform Racing - event sponsor
eXpress Motorsports - event sponsor
BSR Racing - event sponsor
geahart.com - event sponsor
Arroyo Consulting - event sponsor
Maxspeed Designs - event sponsor
RC Car Action - Official magazine of the carpet and paved nationals
Trinity - Official handout motor of the carpet and paved nationals

As always, you can find the latest information, entry forms, online signup, sponsorship information request, etc.. at http://www.2006RoarNats.com
One last note, now that ROAR has listened to the 12th scale community and allowed the 7th class so that 12th racers have the same oppertunities to run more than one class, support the class. We hope to see many of you at Stockton RC Raceway in March for the best ROAR On-Road Carpet National Championships in years

OK, where do we old codgers stand at this race please. ROAR 5.3.2.2. states Masters can only run one class with the same 'car type'. Nats rules state if there's a 19 turn class, a racer can only enter stock/19 or 19/mod. So what's the word. Masters could run the codger class and one of stock/19/mod.

Or what ???

Also, what's the Master motor ??

You can access the live scoring and audio for the 4th Annual North West Carpet Championships from the www.2006RoarNats.com website ...click on the "Live Scoring" menu option up on top ..on the Carpet Nat's side of the menu. The track is Stockton RC Raceway, this is the same track that will be hosting the 2006 ROAR On Road Carpet nationals. Today's schedule is as follows:

Pratice: 7:30am - 9:30am
Last round of qualifying: 11:00am start
Mains: 1:30pm start

I don't think they will be broadcasting for the practice, just qualifying and mains.

Fog ... if you run Masters TC Stock then you are allowed to run TC 19 Turn but not modified. This has been verified by David Lee, the ROAR Competition Director.
