Default what inserts??

ok, i know tires have tempeture ratings, but how do you choose an insert, soft medium hard etc. what is the difference.

The hardness of an insert can affect how much traction a rubber tire generates. You also need to consider the profile of the insert as that will change the "gap" between the insert and the tire.
