Default newbie question - installing speed controller

hi, i am trying to install a HobbyWing Xerun 120A V3 in my car [xray t4].

although they are in the picture, no where was it explain in more detail how to hook up the 2 cylinder looking things, with the black and red wires.

they are labelled CapXon 330 16V PD12

i don’t know how to wire them exactly, or what they’re really for??

can someone please explain

Connect it to the ESC battery terminals, red to + and black to -.

Its a capacitor. Wire it up as howard said red to + and black to -. It is used to smoothen out the power delivery to the motor from the esc

May I add that if you are not sure on how to solder, ask a long time hobbyist to do it for you. Learn from it. It's a skill needed as you go along with your hobby.
