ESC - tekin or hobbywing?
 

How do u guys rate the hobbywing xerun 150amp against the tekin rx8 gen2? Are they worlds apart in terms of quality and refinement?

I've got a hobbywing esc fitted in my motonica 1:8 onroad with a tekin t8 motor and the tekin gen2 rx8 combo fitted in my rc8.2e buggy so I am thinking of switching over the electronics as I enjoy onroad more :)

I'm also looking for information about both...

from what I've read, Xerun does not have a feature that is important for me and RX8 has. Current limit. It helps a lot to preserve battery life...

Current limit in Hobbywing is the "throttle punch" setting.
