I would think about making a Overland Rock Crawler....See now you go tme thinking....DARN YOU...

I'm not sure if you guys are aware of this, but Kyosho just released their AWD Mini-Z. This should make the Mini-Z much easier to drive. It is also claimed to have 30% more power than the original Mini-Z. I guess we'll have to wait to see what kind of hop-ups become available.

In regards to transmitters, if you have a Futaba 3PJ or 3PK or even a one of Hitec Modular Radios (ie. Aggressor SRX or CRX or Lynx), you can use the Futaba 27Mhz AM Module to control your Mini-Z. This is what I have been using for mine.

Roger I had to save that first video to the Hard drive and send it to the US miniZ champs from my area....
They did very well at the worlds...
I think First or second in F1 and a second in MR02...
They will go and build something like that I am almost sure of it.
Is that Oszite (sp) the stuff used for the IIC?
Cause I know they will ask...LOL
Thanks those are all sweet vid's...

Are these Mini-Z tracks usually build it and they will come-or more just a groups of guys in one guys basement? Looks like maybe $1000 max in building a sweet elevated track, not incuding timing and scoring software, etc.

wow. i notice that the track has some unbelieveably steep inclines. those small trucks must have lots of torqe to be able to climb around that track without stalling.
does the overland have independent suspension? the x mods 4x4 trucks do. im just trying to compare them so that I know which one i should try to get.

Some hobby shops on ebay are taking pre orders for them, otherwise try hobbylink japan.

No word yet on the AWD cars. But, they are suppose to be out in December before the holidays.

Default The NEW MR-010 AWD

Alright gang. I just got my AWD MA-010 tonight. The car is dialed out of the box. After I did some mods to it ( changed out the motor, front/rear springs, and tires ), the car is off the hook. It has soo much torque coming out of corners, you can gain so much ground on other cars you are racing against. Here are some pics of my car. Enjoy

My AWD

Si4562 3+2
Front 1.5 Degree Camber
Rear 4.5 Degree Camber
Front & Rear 1mm spacer load down the car
Front Green Spring
Rear Red Spring
Change crystal position, because the original position will hit a lot 94mm wheel base body windscreen.
