Default On road tires

For someone running a touring car on a dusty smooth pavement what tire set up offers the most traction. Foams or rubber?

I would try HPI X-Pattern tires, they are rubber. If it wasn't dusty I would go with the foam.

Rubber might fare a bit better. I had my tc out the other day on a dusty smooth school yard park, and I couldn't put any power down with the foams; and these were 44.5 wide in rear and 31.5 wide in front; Yet my F1 on rubber tires had a a bit more traction, after heating up , and thus handled better. but even then, I still couldn't push very hard. Hope this helps. I see you're in NY, where are you running your cars at?

Try RCmarket. The bodies are hpi, I did the fittings, cut out the vents, and paint job. Here are the cars without the shells. I'm not sure if they race at floyd. It was shut down for racing for a while, but open to practice. Someone recently told me they were going to race their the last weekend of each of the next couple months. Not sure how true that is however. Pos some pics of your cars.
