reflekt,

For stock racing, on My 414M2 I try to run a ratio around 6.2-6.3 for P2k2s and around 6.6-6.7 for the Green Machine and the MVPs. The formula you should really use is the following:

Spur / pinion X 2.133 = Final drive ratio

Using this formula will allow you to compare your final drive ratio with the other people at the track. Check and see what the other racers are running first, and that should give you a decent starting point

And if you guys need spares or hop-up parts, feel free to check out our website!

Thanks

Steve Wang

Hey Casey, You can use the diffs for the 04 Pro in the M2. That is what the guys at RCO do when they want to take out the front one way.

wyd- to lock out the center oneway I just bought another plastic pulley like the one that powers the rear belt

The teacher- the track layout was pretty flowing but no real long straightaway. I used the 1 dot rear block which will add or subtract 1/2 degree depending on where you put it. I used the stock rear hub carriers which give 2 degrees toe in

casey- I'm doing great, everyone out here thinks I know everything about TC's on carpet just because I used to race back east. no one believes me when I say I sucked when I used to race TC's on carpet back east

There is a kit that include all the roll bar, A Arms and the accessory kit for World Replica. You have to check with Tamiya USA whether they have it or not. If not, you have to order it through Japan or Hong Kong.

I am starting building the WCR kit right now. I hope everything will be ready by next month or two.
