These must perform really well. I'd say the only downside is the cost. For the dollar, you get very little wear with these. Personally, I won't even consider them unless they sell the donuts cheap, like $5 or less. So far, I do not see any 38mm donuts for sale on their site. I'd like to see them sell both trued and untrued donuts.

Thank you all for the nice words on the Pro-Cuts.

The rims are awesome. We used some prototypes at our club race last week and tonight and they were sweet. High grip, lightweight, spin true, great bearing fit, bright white, strong... we couldn't be happier. We let some newer drivers as well as some hot dogs use them and they performed well and held up great.

Just a side note..... standard sized 1/12th donuts slip on easy. In addition, we will continue to offer our current White Dished wheel and add the Pro-Cuts to the line.

Hell, we are pretty wacky about 1/12th scale here at CRC. We have 2 different 1/12th cars, might as well have 2 1/12th tire lines as well!

See you at the track.

I think this is the first real innovation to 12th scale for a long time and it will definitely make an impact to that class.
I like how CRC is trying to make life for racers easier and make 12th scale more interesting for beginners too.

BTW: the rims look KILLER !

great job !

That's great that a standard foam tire can be stretched over the new wheel. When will they be available for purchase, and what is the standard 12th scale rim size?

CRC-- are the ProCuts going to offered in softer compounds for asphalt use? Currently we are running Pink rears and Red fronts from TRC
