Integy - The company question
Ordered a part from Integy two days ago off there website. I see many of there parts in alot of local shops, and tracks here in So. Cal. Online my part shows as being in stock, but as of yet I have not recieved a confirmation of my order being shipped? No one answers the phone (ans machine), and I faxed them a request on shipping status-nothing? Anyone know what's up with this company ? So far I haven't had the greatest experience with them. Thanks for any input.

Good to know. Yeah that's probably what I will do from now on. I know that iHobby is here in LA this weekend but that's no excuse for running a business, and not returning emails and faxes.

I have ordered from Integy several times, always excellent service. Are you sure that you have right phone number? Depending when you ordered and when product shipped you may need more than 2 days.
I have found Integy on aol. just IM them if you have aol. Works well for me. Good luck

I am in Huntington Beach, CA. The phone and fax numbers I have been using are 909-444-2766 (ph), and 909-444-2767 (fax). Walnut is a 40-45 min drive away max, and I ordered on Monday along with an order to Racers Edge. I already received that order, so I hope it's an isolated incident because I really do like there products. Good to see others have ordered with no problems though, as I was beginning to wonder.

Still no response from Integy? Anyone know whats up with them right now ?

That sucks, I know how that can feel. I would say give them until Monday and then if you still do not here from them then or have seen you package, then you can take other further measures if they are not responding to any of your emails or phone calls.

Just recieved an appology for the delay from Integy, and that my order will be going out today. Seems the best way to contact them is from there Help Desk link off their web page :-)
