Just sharing some pics taken today of my first ever r/c shelf queen...and im wondering if such old kits from tamiya are collectable these days ???

I raced that kit llast year. A guy in our club raced it this year. It's still a competitive chassis.

F103 was very popular, it had a long production run so I don't know how collectable it is.

I've seen some listed on eBay for $500, but they are usually the anniversary edition and are new in box never assembled.

You can usually find used ones for sale popping up on eBay periodically, they go pretty fast but you can kinda gauge how much yours may be worth by taking into consider their condition compared to yours and their final winning bid price.

I got my used stock F103 for $86 shipped, but the condition of the chassis plate was rather poor, luckily I only intended it as a base for a conversion so condition didn't matter much.
