The bearings would benefit from a slow speed break-in period.

Possible, indeed, but they would struggle to get the agreement to sell them to non-military customers if they are used for that. Plus the price would be much higher (think volumes and mold amortization).

Anyways... still on the hunt. Beginning to start to possibly envision the hypothesis of the remote possibility of low likelihood that WTF is a RC-bespoke product...

nah. can't be.

I remember when the delta fan market dried up.

$20 for a $2 fan from the last batch, all day long.

Ahhhhh......good times!

I still have a few NIP if someone wants to pay their weight in gold.

How do most people wire their fans?
To the receiver?
To the esc? If its hooked up to the esc would I run the risk of frying anything? Its a hw justock running on 2s.

It was close to 100deg this past weekend and I just wanna make sure Im getting the most out of my fan. I have a YR fan behind the motor.

You solder the fan leads directly to the esc positive and negative posts. The ya racing fan will work for a while but eventually tire out from the extra voltage. You really need one of the superior or r1wurks fans for it to last on 2s voltage.

You can plug it directly into your rx for regular 6v supply

You wanna wire to ESC.
Fans survive months of racing at 8.4v+

Just plug it into an extra slot on your receiver if you want it to last.

BTW I found the electonics supplier who is manufacturing the r1/superior fans. They are being sold as electric motor cooling fans in quantities of 100+.
