I assumed the windy fan was like everybody else, just a sticker. You can usually track down the origin of a fan when spending a little time with Google image search. But while trying to do that, I came across these images which make me wonder if maybe there is more to that particular fan in this case.

Pitchers love it. I always dragged my right toe on follow through in my pitching days and would wear out the right cleat quick. A nice coat of shoe goo kept them going.
