Sanyo 3300 Discusion
I didn't see a topic on this so I thought I would start one.
I hope these are as good as the 3000 HVs but more runtime for mod. |
Where are you racing that you are dumpin 3000 in 5 minutes? Running like a 6 turn?

I normally run 11 to 12 turn mods in my TC3, but am geared more around 6:1, But I am also timing my Ti at 24 degrees. I could probably gear up a little, but it is still really fast. I can make 5 minutes with a 2400 no problem. But It could have to do with track conditions. It is low traction were I race, so easy throttle. Real high traction might be a different story.

I try to be as smooth as possible when running hot winds.
|
Its easy to dump running mod foam on carpet. Most of it has to do with pulling the trigger too hard when I shouldn't. Also mod 12th scale can be hard to make runtime also.

Happy owner,
Can you post the values you have ? Manufacturer Discharge rate Runtime Voltage Cut-off voltage The impression you have with these cells, do they have as much punch as Sanyo 3000 HV ? Thanks, |
has anyone tried sanyo 3300's yet?
|
I just got a pack today so I will try them this weekend....
591 1.17 Ir 25 And let you all know |
Kevin, thats at 20 amps? or 25? I know there no 30 amp LOL
|
Guys in all honesty I am getting reports that the GP's are still better! The Sanyo's are just lighter.
|
Thats what I heard also so far.
|
Thoes are 20 amp numbers. I still dont think the GPs are all that good.....they are ok for mod but still dont have any rip. These look like the old HV's with more run time. Only time will tell.
|
I just picked up 2 Sanyo packs the other day. But I haven't tried them yet. I have only 20amp numbers.
593 1.186 IR 19 They GP's I saw were I think lower on runtime, with 1.17 voltage, but the IR's were 15. I guess I'll won't really find out til I run them next weekend. I may cycle them once I build them and compare the numbers to my Ultra's. Anyone else have any experience with them? |
