Default Charging 1s battery

What's The best way to charge a 1S battery? Are there any special tricks. I'm using a hitec H4 to charge a 5600 by Turnigy.

I've had no problems just charging at 1c. My lipos have performed well cause I take good care of them. Just charge it at 5.6 amps and you'll be good to go

Thanks. That's what I've always done. Just curious if there's some secrets out there.
