For the select few that run this car, I have a question.... Do you guys use 6mm hexes in the rear as instructed in the manual? I ask this because I was using 5mm all around and realized that the rear is much narrower than the front when set up like this.

I run this car in USGT on carpet and run as per the instructions, no mods done to it at all, and it works quite well.

D07 Alu chassis will not work. I don't think a d06 will work either. The foot print of the buulkheads are different

Is there any available titanium screw kit for this car ? The car weighs a unhealthy 1450g when ready to race. I’m getting lighter motor and servo this December but looking to shave an extra 20g maybe.

Kelly Lunsford offers Ti screws, but not a complete kit for the VBC.

Thank you for providing a link. Electronic upgrade should shave around 40g and the new body shell should shave around 60g. HOPEFULLY the screws will fit and I’ll get some extra weight off of the evo.

On another note im now also running a d06 servo mount and its just under 10g lighter

Was the mount a direct fit? The do6 servo mount seems a lot better quality than the ghost evos

I'm parting with my Ghost Evo roller if anyone is looking. (I Realize the newer version is out)

Will come as a roller with Justock ESC - PM for details
