The Xenon VSS front end replacement parts are direct replacements, correct? Roche has been OOS on the upper arm for over a month and just went OOS on the spindles. Would like to have some spares! Are these the correct parts? Thanks!

Yes, Xenon VSS plastics are direct bolt on.

You can also check out Apex RC for Roche parts. They usually have a good stock of products for the P12.

For everything? I run on the gray carpet and am going to get hard lower arms to help combat the pivot ball getting sloppy, but if all plastic pieces should be hard I'll just keep the normal ones as spares.

Hard lower arm for sure
Camber usually fixes any push issue on low grip carpet

What are your thoughts on hard upper arms/caster blocks/knuckles?

From the sound of it, they're not super-critical, "must have" items, but if you break one and it needs replacing, get the hard parts?
