Default New to on-road

I race off road but I want to get into on-road for very cheap like $160 at the most for a kit, and it mainly needs to be a kit because their are very cars that cheap rtr that are any good for racing.

You can get a 1/12 for a decent price and they cost less to run too.

I just picked up a Rev3 with servo, battery, new foam tires, and a Monster motor for $50. Can't argue with that.

Buy used, there is always someone selling, and there are a lot of good deals to be found.

Depends on where you race, if nobody races mini's or 12 scale you just wasted your money.

How about looking for a TC4 on ebay. Sometimes you can find the original TC4 going for about $170 on a good day. $10.00 more might be worth it! It's a great car, even the stock kit!
