Default Novak SS4300=19T brushed?

What brushless motor most closely mimics the performance of a 19t spec brushed motor? Or should I not even bother? How much maintence is generally associated with a 19t spec motor, I know my 13t D6 needed alot of attention, but I would think that a 19t should last a few race weekends without to much attention. Thoughts?

Unless you use brushes that are very hard, eg- low power... Then plan on turning your motor at least once every race day with the standard 19t race motors.

The 4300 is pretty close to a 19t, I just ran one this past weekend in a pancar class against mostly 19t, about the same top end but with more torque.
