Tamiya bodies are a direct fit on the durango detc410. I too have several tamiya bodies, so i was delighted to find out all of them fit directly on the detc410.

That is good news! Thanks for that info! You guys have all been helpful to me. I guess most of us admire those beautifully detailed Tamiya bodies!

I still have my Lexus IS200 body way back in the 90's sprayed with light blue anodized paint.

I have that body too. Though it was about 2003 when I bought it for my TB02. Trimmed and painted it, but never ran it.

Nice paintwork...

This is the most precious Tamiya body that I have...

most touring car kits have the rear body posts set wider apart compared to the tamiya tub chassis cars (TB-XX, TA-XX, TT-XX)...

Agree sir. The front posts are a good guide for me to line up the rear.

Default Front posts detc

Ive got a tb-04 pro and just got the detc you mentioned a few weeks ago while I really do like the tb-04 I have to say I love the 410 if your thinking about it Id say it's IMO a much better option than the tc6 your debating to me at least and the front mounts do directly fit my tb bodies with plenty of room to make a second set of holes in back to accommodate both and not have to worry about weakening anything if you so choose.

Default Team magic

Not sure that their touring cars posts are same I'd assume they are but my team magic e4d mf pro shares the same front mounts as the other two as well just possibly one more option to think about if front mounts are enough for Ya

That would be a good route to go sir. Duly noted. It would be appreciated if you could post a pic of your DETC410 with the Tamiya body mounted...
