About discharging....?

I want to run modified.
I discharge now, only with my Intellipeak Duratrax.
I want to buy a discharger.

1. More Amps is better?
2. FLATLINE Dead Short Battery Storage Tray from Novak is good? Do i have to discharge till 0V?
3. Is there a device that would discharge at high amps and equalize?
Thanx!
