Default Duracell rechargeable

Any one tried these? I was thing about putting them in my radio...

They are 2050 mAh NiMH...and they have a30min charger...sounds a lot cheaper than buying RC brand Batts and a wall charger for the radio...

that's what I use and soldered them up to build a transmitter pack.
and use the stock radio charger.

I've been using some NiMh from Harbor Freight and they have been working great. They last for quite a while and they are affordable.

I just use my Turbo to charge them.

I'm using the 2050's from Duracell. Their not too bad. I can easily get he weekend off of them. I was using them in my M8. I just had an adapter for a wall transformer. Now I have an M11 and it has a plug on it kind of like a receiver pack. I use my Ice to charge it.

Default Charging AA NIMH with basic NIMH charger

Most of the chargers I see say 4 or 6 cells. If I put my 8 AA NIMH batterys in one of those holders that come with Futaba and Hitec transmitters and set the charger to 1 amp will I be ok or will the 12 volt load possibly damage a charger (whose directions do not specifically mention 8 cells) ?

I use them in a JR XS3 and get between two and three weeks out of them depending on how much i use my radio. I use a duracell charger, but i don't see any reason why you can't charge at 1.5 to 2 amps safely
