Default Gearing XRay T4 2015

Can someone suggest what is a good starting place for a spur and pinion gear. I want to change to 64 pitch am not sure how big of a spur gear to get. This is for stock 17.5 and I have an Orion VST2 motor.

In stock I run a 96t spur and run between a 43t and 50t pinion based on track size and needs. That gives me a range between 3.65 and 4.24 FDR.
