Go to the PROTO-form Carpet Stratus. It was made to do exactly what you are looking for.

I've always found the CTS-V to have real good rear traction. It felt real balanced on my TC4 but pushed like crazy every time I tried to run it on my X-Ray.

Nemesis with a roof height wing is a great place to start I went to a Mazda 6 because my track doesn't have a set of solid rules/rulings established so I figure I can't go wrong being 100% ROAR legal.

I need a tick more steering so I'm gonna try a ROAR-height rear wing next time.

Pick a body and run with it. They're all squashed jellybeans anyhow...

Thought I'd take a dig...Couldn't resist.

Carpet Stratus (from what I've heard) or Nemesis (not ROAR legal though).

I knew you couldn't resist. Now if you only raced TC's. Or raced at all for that matter!

So you going to be running carpet anytime soon? If so, I'll see you at the track.

Deader than Oval: "Tamtech" 1/24, which has been replaced by 1/18 and 1/28 "Mini-Z" classes.

Re: 1/12:
The last time I raced 1/12 was about 10 years ago, and within the last year, when I came back to racing, the first thing I bought was 1/12th, and there seem to be a few more people racing this class than there was 10 years ago. So, actually, 1/12 is probably about as strong as it has been for the last 10 years, and it may just out-last all the other classes.
