Default Question on Gear Ratios

So this year I made the step to Carpet and have some concerns on gear ratios. I purchased an Xray FK 04 kit and plan to run a Fantom 19t Quad mag motor. The current spur I have on the car is 99. I am running Jaco Double Pink rear tires and Jaco Double Pink Orange tires up front.

I am trying to make a rollout chart but have no idea what pinion I should use and the proper ratio I should aim for.

If it helps I am running Ib 3800 batteries.

Thanks for your help.
