Default Sakura D3 Installation Issue

Just bought a new Sakura D3 and having some issues with the installation:

1. The stock ball stud caps is almost impossible to screw on to the turnbuckle.

2. Installed the one way tube (SAK - D324/PK) but is really loose on the bearing holder. There is a lot of space around the outer joint axle. Is this ok? The stock is a plastic outer joint which sits perfectly into the bearing holder.

3. Having problems inserting spring pins through the plastic pulley gears. Only managed to insert half of the pin in.

Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanking in advance!
