Fantom all the way, bro
I would like to see any peak motor spin up over a 60.00 on the dyno AFTER the run. My fantom motors do every time.
as far as the price difference I have found fantom motors to be cheaper compared to the trinity PRO motors.
just my 2 cents.

I dont think it makes a difference really, they are the same cans and arms. You can change springs and brushes and do all the tweaking they can. They're the same motors with different stickers. If you can make one of them fast you can make the other fast. Every once in a while you get a truely spectacular motor. I remember getting a Peak Performance Beast (24* green can) that was just a monster, everyone thought that I had opened it up and changed the arm, man did it pull hard. It lasted forever too, sometimes you just get a great one. The 12X3 Avenger with lay down brushes I got from Peak was extremely nice too.

hi guys I dont mean to be rude but I didnt think that Fantom tuned peak motors, just trinity and reedy. I dont think that they are the same arms and cans. but I might be wrong. as far as modified goes peak does make a heck of a motor with the exeption of the chrome cans. for some reason I always ended up glitching with them.anyone else have this problem?

I have been using Fantom stock anything for a while now and they all performed consistently. I think they are better bet as I have experiencing inconsistency with Trinity motors... I guess Fantom tuners at least will filter the bad ones out and tune them up... quite frankly I have a Fantom P2K2Pro and fantom Green and they both roared and they kept their performance longer than my Trinity ones...

I dont actually think that Fantom are just sticker and brush (they use 4499) swappers... as I have swapped them to my Trinity stock and found them still slower... so I can only say the Fantom may have done a better job at the magnets/shims/hood alignment...

anyhow... that is my .5cents worth...

Oh BTW, most ppl I know they prefered the Spitfire to the Hellfire... They found the hellfire a little hard to gear correctly overhere.
