Default TB-02 or TT-01R?

Which is the better car, the TB-02 or the TT-01R, considering that they are around the same price?

I'm talking about the stock standard TB-02, not the TB-02R (that's in another price range lol)

TB02 period. The tt01 is just a Tamiya Toy! I don't care how much money you THROW at a tt, there just is NO comparison! Trust me I have run the TB for over two years in silver can, stock, and even MOD. The tt I wouldn't even put a hotter motor than the silver can that came with the car.

Good luck

if you are planning to race it add $100 and you got your self a TB-02R but for bashing around the house TT-01R. i'm trying to say is TB-02 (regular) is still better.

a couple of racers at La Mirada ran a TT01 chassis in mod class. they have it fully hopped up...here are their results:

-- mod sedan - A Main --
Pos Car Laps time name
1 3 18 4:05.40 Marc BArden -Losi
2 0 18 4:06.04 Charlie B -TA05
3 7 18 4:09.84 HOWARD HUDSON -Xray
4 2 17 4:07.48 Steve Amador -Losi
5 5 16 4:03.56 brian jarvis -Losi
6 6 15 4:02.46 PHARRISWHEEL -Xray
7 4 8 3:18.41 Sean -TT01
8 1 6 2:24.04 Chase -TT01

TB02 would be a much better performer.

TB02 all the way

I am currently running mine in mod and have had some success with it, it is basically the EVO3SE for the racers on a budget

got a TB-02R (practically TRF spec with all the hopups) for sale... interested? email me - [email protected]

this is a race car (TCS legal)... not for bashing up and down the street

Ok, so the TB-02 is better than the TT-01R, and the TB-02R is EVEN better. But all the TB-02Rs I have seen on sale are as much, if not more, than a AE TC4, in which I believe the TC4 is the better car. Correct me if I am wrong.
